Cups to grams converter
A cup measures volume, so the weight depends on the ingredient. Values are for spooned and levelled cups (US cup = 236.6 mL).
How it is calculated
Grams = cups × grams per cup for the ingredient. Flour scooped straight from the bag can weigh 20% more; weigh it if the recipe is delicate.
