Privacy notice — Tausendwerk API
This notice follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

What we process and why

Processors. Cloudflare (hosting, worldwide edge network), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (only for the text-level and rewrite-to-level tools: the text you send is passed to Anthropic's API to produce the answer). Data may be processed outside Switzerland, including in the USA, with the safeguards these providers offer (Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, and objection, and for the GDPR also data portability. Write to agentic@tausendwerk.xyz. You can complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local authority.
No tracking. The API and the website set no cookies and use no analytics.
Photos on the website. Some pages show photos from Unsplash. Your browser loads them from images.unsplash.com (Unsplash, USA), so Unsplash receives your IP address and the name of our website (tausendwerk.xyz), but not the address of the page. We do not send other data to Unsplash. All other files of the website, including the images of historic instruments, come from our own server.
