Convert a date and time from one time zone to one or more others, with UTC offsets and daylight-saving status. Detects local times that do not exist (spring forward) or happen twice (fall back).

Details

Input: either an instant with offset ("2026-10-25T01:30:00Z") or a local time without offset plus "from_zone".

Covers: every IANA time zone.

Price: CHF 0.001 per call (first 100 calls per day free).
